A hand-drawn collection with a Scandinavian Fairy Tale feel. Fanciful birds, stitched tulips and tiny daisies, rich colors of mustard, catsup, mayonnaise and the big blue sky above. A picnic of beauty.

Hand-drawn art with an organic feel and colors of the high desert. Celebrates the deceptively simple, and sometimes stark, beauty of the Southwest high desert. Traditional adobe home, prickly pear cactus, burros and sombreros, coyotes howling at the mesas, roadrunners, and zias in turquoise, clay, sunny yellow, cactus green, stormy blue and the bright clear blue of the New Mexican sky.

Hand-drawn, whimsical collection features foraging quail, flirting pairs of quails and silly little wandering quails.
Quail, with their lovely dangling feathers in the front are both silly and elegant and always bring a smile to my face when I see them scurrying around under the bushes.
This collection features the clay and cactus colors of the Southwest.
A second color way for the Flirting Quail Collection, this series is lighthearted and playful with colors of teal, cocoa brown, lime green, pink, yellow, turquoise and red.

The reproductive strategies of plants is one of the most fascinating aspects of flora. This collection offers a peek into the stamens, pods, ovaries and seed heads of ferns, grasses, flowers and trees. Rendered in gothic colors to accentuate the mysterious quality of this magical realm.

This collection is inspired by my grandson, who is an extremely bright and dapper young chap. Two friends go on a series of adventures to the Bahamas, Egypt, Mexico, France, sailing, surfing, kite flying and there is sure to be more adventures ahead. Each design contains fun French phrases to play with and cheerful colors of turquoise, yellow, pink, lime green, & fire engine red, among others.

Hand-drawn, whimsical collection tells the story of Hedgehog, with his heart in his hands, Wolf with a song in his heart, Shy Deer, Rabbit among the flowers, and dancing forest faires as they live peacefully and lovingly among the mountains and the trees. Inspired by the children's stories I have always loved.

A hand-drawn collection inspired by the rich culture of Sri Lanka where I was fortunate enough to spend a year of life, living with the welcoming, gracious people there and traveling with Eco-V volunteers to the jungles, cloud forest, tea plantations, cultural sites and temples. I have drawn from colors and imagery that remind me of that magical time.
Lovely for home decor, garments and dishware.

Inspired by the traditional Indigo designs of Indonesia, Japan and South Asia.
My mother lived, and worked, in Java for many years, working with the last of the traditional batik artists. My sister lived, and worked, in Japan in the fashion industry. And, I have always been in love with the color blue.

A delicate, vintage-feeling, hand-drawn collection featuring intertwined sprays of Gypsophila (Baby's Breath) in romantic color tones of soft buttery cream, olive green, lime green, fawn brown and ochre.
Ideal for wedding decor, wallpaper, home decor and garments.
I love to plant for our native birds. Sunflowers, native flowering plants and fruits are a delight for our birds. Without birds, many of our plants would not survive as the birds help to disperse the seeds across the landscape. This is a hand-drawn celebration of the wonderful relationship between birds and our gardens and landscapes.
If peace were a place, this would be it.
Hand-drawn koi lazily meander beneath the richly colored lotus blossoms in a sea of Impressionist colors. Hummingbirds dart in to sip the sweet nectar.
Hand-drawn collection of mid-century inspired playfulness. A drunk kitty riding a martini glass pursued by a psychedelic green dog, smug black cats surrounded by diamonds, cocktail glasses and shakers, retro tvs, and mod doodles, all in retro colors of lime greens, teal, pinks, oranges and mauves. More designs available upon request, because I was just having tooo much fun!

Hand-drawn, whimsical paisley reminds me of my teens in the late 60's/early 70's. There is something so romantic and timeless about them. I am sure I have had at least a dozen pairs of paisley, bell-bottomed corduroy pants in my lifetime! I have rendered this collection in global colors to accentuate their universal appeal.
As a gardener, it is a great joy to watch as the garden matures from its early Spring exuberance into the deepened colors and full-blown flowers of late Summer. The birds gather on drooping sunflower heads to nibble oil rich seeds. The Milkweeds open their orange, yellow and white flowers and the Monarch larvae emerge to eat the leaves. Cattails burst out of their velvety brown skins and leaves begin to fall to the ground, along with half-eaten fruits. It is a time of abundance and busy preparation for Winter.
Inspired by a childhood gift of Mummy Beads from Egypt, this hand-drawn collection takes some of ancient Egypt's iconography and tells some new stories. Combinations are assembled as protection and wishes for good health and a trouble-free life. With rich colors the mood of mythological mystery is set. A great collection for wallpapers, home decor, quilting and garments.
Every piece of the garden has a purpose and a role in the overall health & function of the system, just as we each do. What we see as beauty is a thriving ecosystem that supports the world, in its small way, to the extent that we steward overall health & happiness.
A hand-drawn collection of flowers I have loved over my many years as a fine gardener. Butterflies & hummingbirds found their way in to sip nectar.
Symbols of strength and potential, the designs in this hand-drawn collection are wonderful gifts to give to new graduates, new parents, a loved one who has stood solidly by your side through thick and thin. Mix and match for fun bedding, curtains, home decor, quilting components and garments.

The peonies are definitely the Queen of my gardens, even though they are not native to the United States and most of my garden is planted in native, pollinator plants. For the outstandingly gorgeous plants, I make exceptions.
Peonies with their rich, romantic, and utterly feminine colors hold court in the early Summer months. Hand-drawn in this collection, inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement of the early 1900's, and set on deliciously rich backgrounds.

Pollinators are the superheroes of our food & fiber systems. Without them we would lose around 85% of the diversity and abundance we rely upon for survival.
This hand-created collection, in 4 color ways, honors the hard-working insects that make life possible for humans and many other animals.
